How to buy from us & postage.. :)

How to Order??

1. Email your question / order to mizz.shopaholixx@gmail.com
2. Please include your details as per below

• Name :
• Email :
• Contact No :
• Address :
• Item Name/ Colour/ Code :
• Payment Mode : Bank-in / COD/ Installment 

*Please provide the name,address and contact no of receiver if you are ordering for other person

• I will reply your email confirming the order and stock availability. If item is not available I will give the option of pre-ordering the item but it will take some time to arrive (2-4 weeks) provided item is still available in the market.

• If you need the item urgently, I will try to find the item from other seller / supplier but the price might be different based on that seller / supplier's price.

Payment :

1. Through cash deposit or online banking (Maybank, Bank Islam or CIMB). I will provide the account no once order is confirmed.
2. COD (Johor Bahru Area only. But depends on my availability)
3. Installment (for certain items only)

Postage :

1. I will charge you based on the weight of your item. The total cost will be informed along with the order confirmation
2. I prefer to use Pos Laju because the new tariff for Registered Mail is CRAZYYY!!!!  But do inform me if you want to use registered mail or other means available. I will try my best to accommodate you. 
3. For now, I will send out your order every Monday & Friday but if you need it urgently, please do inform me.. :)
4. The rate will be as per below:

Pos Laju - 1 to 2 business days

• Within Johor Bahru - RM 6.00 (500g), additional RM 1 (for each next 250g)
• Peninsular Malaysia - RM 7.00 (500g), additional RM 1.30 (for each next 250g)
• Sarawak - RM 9.60 (500g), additional RM 1.90 (for each next 250g)
• Sabah - RM 10.00 (500g), additional RM 2.50 (for each next 250g)
